the hotel was charming in a rustic way, but the noise from the wooden stairs was unbearable. also, absolutely shocked there were no tea and coffee facilities in my room, so inconsiderate. i might’ve given a good review, but the lack of a welcome gift really put me over the edge. don’t waste your time here.

The location is excellent for public transport access.
My stay left me quite dissatisfied. The room was uncomfortably warm, and without air conditioning, it was hard to sleep at night. Additionally, I found the furniture to be quite old and not very appealing, which detracted from the overall experience. I also expected a higher standard of cleanliness upon arrival, which was disappointing.

My stay in the Superior Double Room was nice overall. The room was spacious with a comfortable bed and a large table—perfect for getting some work done. I liked that the location near Südbahnhof made it easy to explore Frankfurt. The decor had some retro vibes, adding warmth to the space. However, I did wish for a bit more ventilation since it got a little warm at times.

We had an amazing time with friends, enjoying the lovely garden and terrace at the hotel. It's a comfortable stay with kind staff that make you feel at home. The location is great, just a short walk to the city center. Plus, there’s easy access to the Sudbahnhof, making it super convenient for side trips.
However, the room we stayed in had a unique, interesting theme, but it was quite warm, and we struggled with the ventilation.
